How to aggregate one map (30 m) to the resolution of another (500 m) in Google Earth Engine, so they will perfectly overlay? Thanks in advance!

If you want to do this task manually, i would suggest some GIS software like QGIS or ArcGIS .

You can compare the mapbox, and arcGIS . 2gis application also review its helpful for reasarch.
This is probably possible with the code editor. Are you a trusted tester (i.e. have access to the code editor)?
Since I posted that question long time ago, I should give a small update. Comparison can be easily done with Google Earth Engine, either by down-sampling the lower resolution map or bringing both maps to the same resolution. Depends on how big is the area of interest, one can create a sample or take all the pixels. The processing power is great, and Google Earth Engine outperforms all other approaches.
