I want to know how we can get the list of devices that are using a particular service?
For example, given a temperature mesure service that is offred to home devices, How we can get the list of devices that are using it?
Dear Guittoum Amal, Your question is a little bit confusing, but let me assume that your question is how the IoT devices can be connected and share the data between them?
To establish a connection between IoT devices and share the data, we need to define many things.
1- Local communications – the method the device uses to speak with neighbouring devices
2- Application protocol – the framework that defines how information content is transported
3- Gateways – translate and re-transmit information, typically linking local device networks to the Internet
4-Network servers – systems that manage the acceptance and transmission of IoT data, typically located inside cloud data centers
5- Cloud applications – process IoT data into useful information for presentation to users
6- User interface – where people see IoT information, manipulate it and issue commands back to IoT devices

Actually, my question is diffrent from the one you have assumed,
To be more clear, i'll explain my question on an example:
supose that we have a temperature sensor that levrages temperature mesure service to some home IoT devices, how i can get the list of devices that are using this service?.
If that IoT device that offers a service for which you want to track is on a wired switch, I would set up a SPAN port that mirrors its port and feeds its traffic into Wireshark, where you could analyze the network traffic to determine who is requesting services. If the IoT device offers its service over a wireless network like WiFI, it's a little more tricky. You would need to find something than can sniff wireless traffic, such as AirPCAP, and then feed the traffic into Wireshark for analysis.

See, if you mean the sensor will measure the temperature of each device, then you need a sensor for each device. Each device definitely has an identifier; this identifier could be an IP address or MAC address, or any other thing. Through this identifier, you could retrieve the device which belongs to it by using any programing language. For me, I prefer to use Python.
If you mean the sensor will measure the room temperature, then, in this case, I think you need a platform to connect all devices and an application to manage them. I am not sure about this, but this is my opinion.
