This book is widely held by academic libraries. If you are affiliated with an academic institution, you should be able to request this book by interlibrary loan.
Joel Cummings I tried it. the librarian told me that this book was not in our collections.
@ Wenyang Wei The librarian's response seems a little odd. Interlibrary loans should search other collections to find an institution that hold the book in their collections and request to borrow it from them.
