Hi Paul, I have some suggestions for you: 1) I would first download it again and reinstall it, 2) sometimes it's better to try one example from the authors, then if it runs, you may check your input, 3) if it does not, you'd better try to run in another computer (somehow the background of every PC can influence the program running).
