I visualise a very clear intent of ensuring more vibrant and more productive academic environment in the University system.I don't consider bulk of Z students entering into tertiary level a concern for educationists as they are more comfortable in ICT-enabled digitalised way of interactive learning.Yes, generation gap between student and teacher could be a big threat and might jeopardize teaching-learning process. For doing away with such nuisance, all stakeholders have to take collective effort.Management has its role to maintain green and clean campus with aura of learning with discipline and arrange perks and amenities for the students,teachers and administrative staff as well.But the greatest responsibility lies with the teachers.They need to take every effort for their personal academic advancement although tenure of their service and continually develop art and acumen to teach their students with passion and innovation.Conclusively I may say that apprehensions of the perpreter of this discussion is not unfounded but it is always in the hands of senior faculty with vast experience of teaching and research to favourably change the direction of the wind.

l never see a glass half-empty rather see it half-filled.Optimisim and positivity can bail out us of any sort of crisis may it be in academic arena or elsewhere.
