generating of mouse embryonic stem cells

Hello, I have the chance to get knock out ESC of my protein of interest. So the lab that did the ko mouse would love to provide me the mESC but we both do not have a protocol how to isolate stem cells. It´s clear that this is not an easy protocol but there they have really good experiences with mice and tissue culture. Can anybody help?
