Gene editing using Crisp-Cas9?

I have been reading around the new technology to quickly edit genes using Crisp-Cas9. I wish to do a Phd on Striga resistance in sorghum using this technology. I have developed a proposal and I am kindly looking for a potential supervisor to apply for a scholarship.
