For a start, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to use MS-DIAL which just like OpenChrom is VERY fast, the learning curve is really 3-7 days and has a great manual and support community!

Before MS-DIAL usage, just use MSConvert to convert your RAW files into mzML: http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/tools.shtml using this tool

Plus, on top of all above, I have a Protocols.io page (https://www.protocols.io/view/steps-for-building-an-open-source-ei-ms-mass-spect-8txhwpn) where, following the easy steps, you can easily import 10s of open access spectral databases/ libraries to make one for yourself including that of MONA or MassBank etc.

I didn't try these tools personally, but if you're more interested in also trying something more experimental you can have a look at 10.1016/j.jprot.2020.103820 (miaecle/PB-Net: PeakBoundaryNet (github.com)) and 10.1021/acs.analchem.9b04811 (Arseha/peakonly (github.com)), both have their source code publicly available on GitHub and provide functionality for peak integration as far as I know.
