FUCCI for cell Cycle Monitoring and single Cell Picking ?

Hello,

I would like to culture some cells with FUCCI in order to pick them after just one round of mitosis.

I do not have a time Laps and would like to pick them manually according to their fluorescence.

Do you think it is possible ?

Any Ideas ?
