You may get the strains in NIMR, New Delhi. I am not aware of the present colony status, but earlier, the insectary had the lines of Type form and Mysoriensis. The intermediate was also found but I don't remember, it getting colonized.

Varun, I would suggest you to contact some one in NIMR Delhi. You would get a lead for sure.
