I think for research purpose some data you can collect from your local power division office but I think it is confidential. Or you may chose an arbitrary data sheets for simulation purpose.

You can use standard IEEE radial test feeders for distribution network. you can search in the web and find the XLS files.

For transmission system I just can offer Washington University standard test systems, but those are balanced network!

You can use the radial test feeders of IEEE 34 and IEEE 13 for simulations and load flow for unbalance 3-phase distribution system.
