From gene to disease ontology ?

Dear all ,

I am working on network based gene expression analysis. Based on network topology measures, I have retrieved hub genes from various sub clusters. For specific biological interpretation, I want to check their importance in terms of their disease specificity. I explored Fundo which is not working now. Is there any other way to perform disease ontology based correlation of genes.

I just found way to perform this analysis.

https://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/vignettes/DOSE/inst/doc/enrichmentAnalysis.html#enrichdo-function where gene disease association could be done by using enrichDO function . May be useful for those who are working in this area.
