I need to model a box with some hard spheres immersed in water to monitor how electrostatic interaction vary with changing of some parameters using Monte Carlo simulation.

Note1: That is a project I did in Molsim program 5 years ago.

Note 2: I know a little python.

Note 3: I performed molecular dynamics simulation using gromacs program on a cluster.
