We are trying to extract DNA from fossil bones, We tried various methods of extractions but still we are not getting a good amount of DNA and tried specific techniques still we didn't get proper amplification .Can anyone suggest the best method to approach my target?

I've gotten some great feedback from researchers that use my company's products (MicroGEM) for bone samples. I think with the use of histosolv with our prepGEM enzyme, for an extended incubation period (maybe 15 minutes for histsolv and 15 minutes for prepGEM) you may be able to increase your yields.
