In practical, does it common practice to weld alternate ends for hollow core precast system.... need your opinion ?
The ends of the plank's should not necessarily be welded,but rather be made to rest on support like beam and the beam is rebar and cast in- situ hold the ends. Please always ensure that the plank's length is designed to span between the available support.

In the USA, hollow core slabs are typically placed on bearing connections. If there is a need for greater connectivity (e.g. to create continuity across a beam-to-column joint), deformed bars are placed in the cores which are then filled (at the ends). Additionally, reinforcement placed in the cast-in-place concrete topping, when such toppings are used, also serves to connect the slabs and establish continuity. Following on Timothy Adu Gyamfi 's response; In Australia, void plank beams are usually dowelled down to the substructure (pier / abutment) on alternate ends. These are very common on railway bridges, particularly short multi-span bridges or viaducts.
