I completely agree with An Giang Nguyen . In additional to that I would suggest the following things to reduce the miss alignment

1)Use an electrode size of 15mm

2)Load spring- SS spacer-bottom electrode (15mm)

3)Wet the electrode before keeping the separato r(any membrane separator) on it

4)Put few drops of the electrolyte on top of the separator

5)Align the second electrode on top of it (you can clearly see the bottom electrode through the transparent separator, after wetting)
