Hi Ijaz-

This should easy- follow these steps

Format the values as numbers in Excel - 

Label each column ID, Longitude, Latitude, Description or Remarks 

Use Save As and choose a format and save (CSV is better)

In ArcGIS use Tools and the Add XYData 

Define and projection and you should be able to see those points as site files.

Yeah, as Dr. Randhir said it is very easy task.

Ijaz, keep your latitude and longitude values in first two columns of an excel sheet. 

Apen ArcMap, go to Tools, select Add XY data.

Choose your excel file and sheet.

Set your regional coordinate system, Ok.

Done.
