Ethylene Response Transcription Factors (ERF) motif analysis.

Hello Gregoire,

Thank you for the answer, but I wanted to know how should I select the parameters like number of motif, motif width (maximum and minimum) where should I stop? The software will return as many motifs I want but how will I screen ?
