Flow Cytometry for hIPSCs?

Hello everyone,

I would like to analyse MEF undergoing reprogramming into iPSCs by flow citometry. I saw that is really hard to dissociate them into single cells in particularly at the latest time points. Any advices to make it possible?

Hi,

You can successfully dissociate hiPSC colonies into single cells using Accutase.
