You cannot calculate the q-max value(s) form Freundlich Isotherm model.

However, you must report K and n values obtained through model fitting. Indeed, the best fitted Freundlich model provide an idea about the heterogeneous surface of adsorbent.

I very much agree with Mr. Mahapatra. The kf value can be reported as the maximum biosorption capacity. You may cite the following paper, in which the kf value has been mentioned as the maximum adsorption capacity in the abstract:

Freundlich isotherm assumes that a multilayer adsorption can occur: the sorption of adsorbate can infinitely increase with increase in the aqueous concentration, therefore, it is hard to obtain the max adsorption capacity for Freundlich isotherm. However, authors usually consider the value of Freundlich isotherm constant Kf (mg/g) to be the adsorption capacity for Freundlich isotherm.
