I have downloaded your model but unfortunately wasnt able to calculate it. The ansys reported an error because some master slave boundary conditions error. I also dont know which kind of inductance did you calculate.
Nevertheless, I think you did not consider the amount of turns in the calculation - your model is using separated coils, but you can define a winding and unit there all excitations belonging to one winding.
but the ansoft soft (ansoft maxwell 14) in my computer run as a perfect simulation which has no error, and in the transient solver there has an option which we can consider the amount of turns but in this solver there is n't this option.
if i wrong please tell me where and how can i consider the amount of turns.
The validation check on my computer also does not report any problem but the solver executes error. But for example if you calculate the self-inductance analytically, you have to multiply the value by the N^2, where N is amount of turns. Since your ansys model has separated turns, try multiply your calculated value also by N^2.
