We tried synthesizing diketopyrroles, and we could not make them.

We have fiddled with P3HT, and we are concerned about its long term compatibility with our ionic liquid dielectric.

We are looking for a mixture of graphene and semiconductor which is miscible in solvents, or hydrophillic solvents/water. We will print the mixture of graphene and semicondcutor using a printing press to make Field Effect Transistors.

We are planning on exfoliating the graphene using honey(!) per the scientific literature.

I have done some literature searches, and there is a maddening large number of possible materials to add to graphene. Can you help me cut through the clutter?

What have you tested? What have you read? Please suggest some feasible mixtures. Thank you for your kindness! Allen
