This is a fake conference. The same text (in the mail) is used previously and it is identified as fraud https://uia.org/content/48307 Furthermore:
-No details can be found on the internet (the mail lacks a proper website for more info which is suspect)
-Use of a trustworthy sounding (but fake) name as “Humanitarian Rights and Social Dignity.” while nothing can be found about this ‘organization’
-They use hrsd in the mail address while they have nothing to do with the legit one https://hrsd.spc.int/what-we-do (hrsd here stands for Human Rights and Social Developments)
So, way too many red flags.

Invitation to any conference must have complete details of the event, contact person, number and address, and bear the organization 's logo. It also answers in advance possible "Wh" Questions.

I received a fake conference invitation. After researching, I discovered that the conference doesn't exist. The provided email ID "[email protected]" looks suspicious
