kindly suggest a solution, am using methyl diphenyl diisocyanate and PEG 4000 as monomers to get PU prepolymer
taken 1.5:1 ratio
2:1, 3:1 ......performed reaction at 65 degree celsius under an inert environment.

Dear Jay Hind, most probably gelation is due to the high water content in your reactants and/or the inert gas used. Dry the reactants and the inert gas should be passed through a trap of H2SO4 before entering the reaction vessel. My Regards
