In response to covid-19, several countries have made arrangements to allow pupils and students to take online courses at home. Unfortunately, several barriers, particularly in developing countries, deprive pupils and students of taking courses. These barriers are: high cost of internet connection, poor quality of internet connection, lack of smartphones, computers, lack of training in the use of platforms, living conditions in households, etc. One could also add that teachers are sometimes not trained in the use of this technological innovation in education in developing countries. The challenge after this crisis is therefore to find solutions to these barriers.
