I have approximately 5 x 104 cells after flow sorting for DNA extraction (using many different Qiagen kits), I then always yielded the low quality of DNA for NGS work. 

Could you please comment on how to yield the high quality of DNA in case of low number of cells and already in Carnoy for a couple months ?
