Innovation is the order of the day. This (my) sentence was driven about 12 years old - as author Robert Trucker wrote about innovation in 2002.

Hence Induce all " the firm to adopt innovation".

Innovation however is as yet               In-No-Ovation.

Those who do shall rule the roost.
