It looks like Rauwolfia serpentina (Sarpgandha).

It seems member of family Apocynaceae. Most probably Rauvolfia serpentina.

I was not sure that is why I have used the term most probably in my answer and also posted the image of Rauvolfia serpentina for matching. I think Naik is correct. Please check it as Chassalia curviflora of family Rubiaceae.

The plant is surely Chassalia curviflora. You can confirm it. It is a very common species of the Evergreen Forest as an undergrowth.
