what is the role of management in integrating the expert systems in the organizations in regard of technical , organizational and social aspects ?
The term "Expert system" no longer reflects the actual state of the art. The challenge today is to integrate the whole process data>information>knowledge, i.e the flows from data mining (operations), supporting systems (production), and planning (decision-making).
