My PhD aims to explore the role of leadership and motivation in sustaining volunteer efforts, particularly in the emergency, health and welfare sectors.

I'm looking for expert judges to help establish the content validity of 18 survey items (any feedback from non-experts are welcomed too). Experts are people who are either familiar with the leadership literature or survey development.

The survey items are for assessing the leader behaviours volunteers perceive and prefer. The items were developed based on Yukl's four orientations (task, relations, change and external) of leader behaviour and relevant volunteer literature and leadership literature.
