I’m proud to announce the launch of the GWAS Industry Fellowship in Mass Casualty & Community Emergency Planning, a 12-month applied research initiative hosted by GWAS Ambulance Group Ltd. in collaberation with the GWAS Ambulance Charity

As the inaugural Fellow, I’ll be leading this programme to:

  • Develop SOPs for Martyn’s Law in private ambulance and event medical settings
  • Publish a white paper on best practices for mass casualty preparedness
  • Design and pilot a community-first responder training model tailored for real-world deployment

This fellowship aims to bridge the gap between practical fieldwork and evidence-based innovation in emergency preparedness — strengthening our collective ability to respond to major incidents and protect public spaces.

I’m actively seeking academic collaborators, supervisory advisors, and potential funding or grant partners to support this mission. If you're working in emergency medicine, pre-hospital care, community health, or event safety — let’s talk.
