I need at least the data be available for a period between 1990-2017. while, the Gini, for example, is available just for 2003-2014 for Iceland.
Please offer some alternative variable for using as economic inequality and also some variable as a good index of economic stability

But about fragile of state, can I use that as an eco inequality index??!! it's more like a political inequality index while I guess that I'll face a same problem about availabality of this index in my desired period

Try also the Global Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI) which was developed in 2010 by the Oxford Poverty & Human Development Initiative (OPHI) and the United Nations Development Programme and uses health, education and standard of living indicators to determine the degree of poverty experienced by a population.
