Please help me to resolve it.
Read the error message, from that i'd say check the integrity your fasta file and your file paths. But in general: questions about code errors cannot be answered without at least the error producing code, and ideally a reproducible example. Also, i suggest forums like stackoverflow as better adresses for questions like this. or try chatgpt, its a great debugger
Please select the correct python installation folder and add new environment variable in python installed folder.
