Check the format and inputs on your climate file, the error indicates that a variable is getting too large. maybe you showed missed data with 999, so I replace them whith -99 and then try again.

Global weather data from SWAT webpage has some missing data. Please look for the missing data and then make input files and use in SWAT Model.

You have to modify the .hmd (humidity file) which can be finding in the (Scenarios\Default\TxtInOut\hmd.hmd). Kindly replace the -99.000 to -99.00 or -0099.00 to -099.00 or -0099.000 to -0099.00 whatever be the format.

I have the same error in SWAT run , i already replace missing data (-9999.000) to alot of other values ( -9999,-0099.00,-9999.00,-9999.0,-99.0) but still the model fails and gives the same error in SWAT run ,

You should replace the -0099.000 to -0099.00 in your slr.slr (maybe include hum.hum, tmp1.tmp, etc. It depends your files) file. After this replacement, it will works.
