Hi all,

I have a 2x2x3 mixed design. Before running a 3-ways ANOVA, I checked the homoscedasticity of my data using the Levene's Test on JASP. Taking into account all the factors, the test resulted significant; conversely, by considering only the between factor, it wasn't.

So, I'm not sure if I need to apply this statistics by putting all the factors together, or considering just the overall between factor (in my case, the group).

In any case, can you suggest me an alternative way to perform this kind of analysis without assuming the homogeneity of variances and normality?

Thank you in advance for your help,

Best,

Edoardo
