Hello,
I am looking for a review of EO measurement results via the Miller/Covin Slevin scale. I mean the actual values for innovativeness, risk and proactiveness. There are a number of papers who synthesize past research, but none of them provide the actual data, which should really just be a long table.
Help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Your question is not clear as to what do you actually need? Do you need the scale items or data of an empirical study measuring EO? Anyways, this paper might be what you are looking for:
