Hello,

I am using end-tidal CO2 for sleep studies and I need to determine the time it exceeds a certain value in order to diagnose sleep hypoventilation. Each ETCO2 value represents the peak of the waveform. However many authors report results which include total time with an ETCO2 exceeding a certain value during sleep without clarifying how time was calculated. Can Nybody give me a hint on that?
