I have been using empower 2 software to operate Waters 2695 HLPC System. This was pre-installed in the industry and it worked very fine. Then the hard disc of my computer crashed and no recovery was possible. I was forced to install it in a s new PC now, the installation went well, but if I click on the empower icon it gives a prompt window that I have to log in to empower database. The installation instructions give the default username and password which I have tried to use at this point but it always fail to login into the Oracle database. This is where I am stuck I cannot use my system any more. Does anyone have a similar encounter with waters systems? How can it be overcome?
