I am in the process of carrying out a research on Emotional Well-being & its impact upon work productivity among the employees in India.
I am finding difficult to identify a suitable emotional well-being scale for the same.
Pl guide me

Peggy Kern is a well-respected researcher in this area and she adapted a measure of Seligman's PERMA specifically for the workplace - http://www.peggykern.org/uploads/5/6/6/7/56678211/workplace_perma_profiler_102014.pdf I personally like it because it is short! ...minimising the chance of participant fatigue. She is now at the University of Melbourne if you need to contact her regarding its use.
Thank you Amber for providing me this valuable input.It has made me more confident about using this scale in my research...Yes I have read about PERMA as well during Literature Review.
