How to hold the flexible ultra-thin substrate (100µm), during all stages of the process? since a small vibration can deteriorate the properties.

Can we put a holder under it?

Hello Hocine,

A solution while working with such thin films is the stability. While working with such a substrate, you can actually use a glass substrate beneath this thin substrate and fix it with a scotch on all the edges. While your measurement /experiments are done you can remove the glass substrate again. I hope it helps.
