Eigen Values obtained from matlab code are not matching with real and imaginary parts that were mentioned in table. Can you please help??

Dear Sharma Sir,

The eigen values extracted after running the matlab code for natural frequencies of railway car seem to have some issue. More than half of the real and imaginary parts that I am getting are not matching with the table provided.
