I am working on a material in which mobility of holes needs to consider along with electrons when only lattice vibrations are there.
But I am not sure that whether a particular type of molecular vibrations which is affecting electron mobility, will effect the hole mobility in the same way or not.

Lattice vibration---we call it "phonon". Yes, the effect to electron or hole mobility as "scattering". This is why electronic conductivity of metals go down with increasing the temperature. You can find the details in the famous text book by Kittel.
