What will happen if that the density of atmospheric air changed by (1/5)of its well-known density ( 1.225 kg/m3 )?Do you thing that such change has a segnificant effect on life and Technology applications?
Dear all, once the air density is reduced authomatically the atmospheric pressure is reduced, hence one may think people and plantes will be taller and fast growing, breathing will be more difficult as the altitude goes up, and other unlimited consequences. My Regards
Dear all, for aviation I think planes will be subjected to less friction so they travel faster with lower fuel consultation. I don't see any effect on water streams, however water evaporates easily under reduced pressure, so one my think of enhanced raining and even desasters due to water flooding. My Regards
Dr. Abdelkader BOUAZIZ ,thank you very much for your valuable discussion. I think that if column of atmospheric pressure reduced significantly, fluid can not settle in cup ,revers, lakes, soil.plants can not make use of water easily. what about living things in water ?water may evaporate.pumps and planes that work upon atmospheric pressure may become unsuitable.
concrete can not be produced easily because that curing process become very complicated. etc.
furthermore, reduction in pressure may cause serious bleeding leads to death
