Hi, I have EEG data for both patients and controls and I want to compare wave frequency of eye close session and eye open session in both patients and controls. Can someone suggest to me how can I analyze my data? I have filtered files of each patient and controls having wave frequency of delta alpha beta gamma( for each session ) . I want to compare wave patterns with clinical features and with some genetic data also.
Kindly help me and suggest to me which platform I should use a nd which statistical tests are required.
