I have expressed truncated bt protein in e.coli. codon plus strain, it expresses very well but my protein dumped into the pellet. For solubilization and the activation of pellet protein, I have performed trypsin digestion, but it completely digests the protein. how I solubilize and activate the pellet protein? Does trypsin digestion only work on the full-length Cry protein?
