Is there any example of utilization of health professionals in helping abused women through early identification and management in emergency department or antenatal clinics? In case of such a paradigm available, what is the expected efficacy of this setup? Please paraphrase my question if you need to share your ideas in a different setting.
In Wales, there is a Welsh Government intiiative to screen all patietns 16y and over for domestic abuse. each patient is asked the following questions, if they answer yes to one then a further assessment (RA2) is completed. If the individual scores as experiecing domestic violence and they have children at home then child protection guidance is also followed
