When using COMSOL where can I answer the moisture variation in the energy equation?

Thanks Thibaut for your answer. I find a lot of definitions in source term. It should be total source or just source or I think there is other propositions as source...

No need to add total source. The source term which relates to your need (moisture) can be created as a parameter/variable as given in the Energy equation.
