Duration oflongterm clinical efficacy of denosumab in osteoporosis?

I would like to understand how long denosumab can be given to a patient with osteoprosis before the clinical efficacy decreases

Long term denosumab over 10 years has increase BMD benefit and lowers fracture risk. But careful monitoring and evaluation is required in patients with CKD due to altered bone dynamics.
