I would like to know what is the best duration (days) of salinity conditions in tree seedlings aged of 60 days? I am confuse, some works said 1 week, 2 weeks...1 month.

The duration would be as in natural stress. With a specific situation you may select a real stress among cultivation practices under scrutiny. If there is a summer water shortage and irrigation requirement, you may try in the lab the creal combination with a spacific action of dose by duration. Also recovery may vary for different species and conditions.
il n'y a pas de théorie exacte du durée de traitement. tout dépend de ce que vous chercher. par exemple si tu cherche à voir des symptômes de toxicité au sel tu peut traité tes plantes même pendant 90 jours. Si tu cherche une réponse enzymatiques, même un traitement de 3 à 7 jours est suffisant
YOU SHOULD USE 4-5 SALINITY LEVELS FOR SEEDLINGS CONDITIONING FOR A PERIOD WHICH DEPENDS ON PLANT SPECIES. I THINK 10-15 DAYS IS QUITE SATISFACTORY.
