I want to fetch Various alleles or varients of one human protein of different populations. I want to download those alleles of one protein with their respective population information.
can anyone suggest to me some ways to do that...??
I was looking at the Indigenome, genomeAD, 1000-genome database but don't really understand, how to download the CDS sequences of those alleles...
So, please suggest me some way to download sequences of those alleles with their population data...

what you're searching is very particular.
the best way I can propose is to go in the UCSC browser, type your gene and enter in each described SNP, you'll get access to genotypes frequencies for 1000genomes, Topmed and GnomAD.
